Where to begin. This $400 piece of equipment was not functional right out of the box. $400 paperweight. I emailed their support system and received an automated response that I would be handled as soon as possible. 2 weeks later nothing. I then decided to call them, bad idea. Called pressed option for support and I was on hold for 45 min before I called on another line, this time selecting sales. Of course, immediate answer by a gentelmen that was completely unwilling to help me and almost seemed insulted that I asked. At this point I hung up both lines (1 hour on hold at this point although it was urging me to be patient) I called support again later and was received in about 20 minutes. This person seemed to care as much as his company allowed. They sent me a case number and I had to respond with a copy of my receipt in order to get anywhere. After 2 weeks of making calls I finally acquired a copy of the original receipt and emailed it to them. they then refused to help me because apearantly I registered the machine under my company's umbrella email and not my specific one. So I was required to get on there website log into my account and change my information before they were willing to proceed with my case. this is where I am now, about 2 months later $400 lighter and no Working scanner. Avoid this nightmare, use a different scanner.
