Pros: None, for me, I can't even install it
Cons: Zero real support, only canned troubleshooting and suggestions that don't even closely fit the problem.
No phone support. No chat support. Only e-mail to start then their customer support web page. They only send canned answers, that didn't even closely apply in my case. Then, they don't respond to updates to the ticket... Apparently, they close the ticket after sending you a canned response.
There is a sales phone number, even it was not up during their advertised hours. I've been working on this for three days, now it's the weekend, and I've gotten zero help to resolve my installation problem.
