Pros: Easy to use; effective; painless; no side effects.

Cons: The idea seems silly until you try it.

It sounds so gross--I didn't want to try it. But after listening to a piece about sinus rinse on NPR, I gave it a shot.
What a difference! I have the deviated septum, and I'm allergic to just about everything, including the dander from my two cats. I constantly suffer in the spring and fall with headaches and sinus infections.
I started using this product in the shower every morning about three weeks ago. The difference is astounding. I can breathe and I can occasionally taste things. I'm snoring a lot less; my husband is grateful.
Rinsing out your nose may seem silly, but it is very effective!
