Pros: Absolutely none.
Cons: Incredible lack of quality. Worst customer service I have ever experience. SCAM! Do Not Buy!
The Bottom Line: Do not waste your time or money on any X-treme products. My son has not been able to ride his Christmas gift once. Terrible quality, even worse customer service.

No shipping damage, luckily, but scooter will not start, using electric start, nor pull start.
Included assembly instructions are a joke. The paper manual states using a 50:1 fuel/oil mix. Fortunately, I saw on there website to use 32:1 or 40:1 or risk seizing the engine.
I ended up taking the scooter to a local small engine repair shop to make sure I had put it together properly. The owner said I had. He found a weak spark, not strong enough to ignite the fuel. (all of this at no charge)
So I relay this info to x-treme's tech support department. No reply. I e-mail extremescooter.biz (authorized online dealer I purchased from) who responded within the hour. They inform me that I need a coil and that the manufacturers tech support will respond just as soon as they help the over 600 tickets ahead of mine!
Well they finally did respond--with a link to their warranty webpage.
Talk about getting the runaround. They want me to work on their defective unit, when and if they send replacement parts. X-treme will not accept returned scooters without prior authorization, yet they will not give out an RMA. They will not phone you. There is no live phone support. If you call the sales number, they will tell you to contact tech support on-line. And all of this while your tiny 30-day warranty period draws to a close.
Plus shipping a product that once held a hazardous material (gasoline) without having the engine commercially cleaned/ or being authorized to do so is a big violation of the commercial shippers' policy (Fedex, UPS, etc.).
So if you want to spend a few hundred bucks on a pile of worthless junk--this is your scooter. I would run away from anything manufactured or sold by Xtreme Scooters/Alpha Products International
