What is missing? The HUGE Butterfinger Original Taste in my opinion. I have always enjoyed Butterfingers, and thought I would try their Butterfinger Crisp version for a change. Butterfinger Crips are put out by Nestle.
What your getting
Your getting three layers of butterfinger original, with about three layers of wafers, and a candy cream, covered in Nestle's milk chocolate. You can purchase a 1.76 oz bar for around 89 cents. Sometimes you can find them cheaper at these discount grocery stores. Butterfinger Crisp comes in a yellowish wrapper with orange waffle type of print on the sides, and the words Butterfinger printed in blue.

My Experiences
I am not overly impressed with this product. It is missing the huge Butterfinger taste your getting with their regular bar. With the Crisp it feels and tastes more airy and I only experience a hint of peanut butter flavoring. To me it tastes more like a cookie than a candy bar. I prefer the original over the crisp hands down. It is just lacking so much of the peanut butter taste I am used to.
Now, one thing I will say for the Butterfinger Crisp is it is a lot easier on your teeth than the Butterfinger Original. Sometimes if you don't get the original really fresh it is heck to get out of your teeth. The Butterfinger Crisp does not get hard like the original can. It is soft and waffer like. It melts in your mouth.
Overall
There is plenty of chocolate coating on the outside, it is just missing the peanut butter pow on the inside. I don't really care for this bar, and wouldn't recommend it like I would the original. You may like it though. I only give this bar a 2 stars.
