Pros: Smooth, non-greasy feeling, works without drying lips even more.
Cons: Hard to squeeze from the tube at first.
The Bottom Line: I would definitely recommend this product for people with dry lips, or people who just want a smooth base to apply their lipstick.

| melissabear's Full Review: Neutrogena Lip Boost Intense Moisture Therapy |
After returning from a trip to the Midwest my lips were dry, chapped and painful. I usually avoid using chapsticks because I dont like the waxy feel, but I had gotten to a point where I had to do something! Having previously used Neutrogena lipstick and really liking it, I headed over to the Neutrogena section at Target and noticed this product. It was packaged differently than the rest of the Neutrogena lip products, as it was sealed in a plastic package and hanging up. I paid about $7 and couldnt wait to try it out. I unscrewed the cap and found a very smooth tapered tip with a small hole in the center. The tube was difficult to squeeze, as the product is very, very thick. Once I finally squeezed some out of the tube, it looked like Vaseline. It was a translucent white colored gel. When I applied the product to my bottom lip and pressed my lips together, I noticed that there was a slight sweet/minty taste, but nothing overwhelming. The product felt very smooth on my lips, and definitely not greasy. It stayed right where I put it on my lips, without spreading all over the place. The product lasted for at least 30 minutes on my lips, and within 2 applications there was a noticeable difference - my lips weren't dry and cracked anymore!
I now use this product every morning as part of my make-up routine. I like to apply the Neutrogena product and let it sit for a few minutes to soften my lips then continue with my lip liner and lipstick.
