We were treated badly by everyone in this hotel. Our room was loud and noisy because of it's proximity to the rollercoaster. When we asked to be placed in another room we were told there was nothing available. Our phone never worked even after we asked the front desk three times about it. Room service was available to our room on a cash-only basis, even though they took out $200 cash from our debit card. It was very embarrassing to have the waiter return to our room after we signed the quest check to tell us he could only accept cash from us. At 4:00 in the morning, after a day in Vegas casinos the last thing we had was $40 in cash. We had to send half our order back. Room service said it was the front desks fault, the front desk blamed room service. The Blame Game should be a new slot machine at the NYNY.
