| clemintine's Full Review: Newcastle Brown Ale England 18.6oz |
Newcastle Brown Ale is an absolutely majestic ale, and truly fit for royalty. Everything about this ale is exquisite. The color is a very deep, rich amber with just a hint of auburn. The aroma is mellow and pure and excites the taste buds just by its bouquet. This ale kicks up a thick and foamy head that is hearty enough to last through to the bottom of the glass. The taste is a magnificent full body, with warm undertones and a nice finish of hops that is grand indeed.
I suggest you serve this superb ale in a frosted glass mug to see that elegant color. Forget the room temperature "pub" rules, and serve this ale ice cold. Cheers.
