New Castle strikes the pallet with a thick, complex barrage of flavors. The bold flavor, rich aroma, and deep brown hue make New Castle a wonderful change of pace.
Not my idea of an every day beer, New Castle is just what the doctor ordered for a dismal winter day. Pizza and pasta are the only foods I have enjoyed with New Castle and they seemed quite well married. Cooking Tip from the Bachelor’s (former) kitchen... use a bottle of New Castle to flavor white rice, cook rice as normal using 1/2 water and 1/2 a bottle of "NC", drink the other half.
