Dear reader,
I am an amatuer runner. I try to run once a day and in plenty of road races during the year. I have been pretty successful over the years since college, winning a couple races here and there.
For the past year I have worn these shoes for training. I have tried all shoes imaginable, and let me tell you, these are the best I have ever used. These shoes have the ultimate combination of comfort and support. With past shoes I have had many injuries. I have had injuries that have kept me off the course for up to three weeks at a time. With these shoes I have had absolutely NO injuries. The support is fabulous.
These shoes are also very light for training shoes. However, if you are serious about running I would not race in these. But none the less it is very nice to be able to train in shoes that aren't too heavy.
Thank you for reading. I also have other reviews, some of which are on running, which I think are pretty good. I would love to hear your comments on them.
