A very solid shoe that can be used by any runner whether they are a novice or advanced, this shoe is a good choice for everyone. This shoe provides good stability, is light, and is a good value. It will last you a long time, I would say about 500 miles or so. That is a good estimator for mst shoes to see how much they wear. Available in both men and womens models, I suggest men get the mens kind and women get the womens kind. That will give you the better fit. If you are looking for a great running shoe and dont want anything specific this shoe is a great idea, because anyone can wear it.
