The effort shows, Howard. As always, you provide the potential buyer with everything they need to know.
I have been considering this camera, but will have to wait till I am released from active duty and return to a more lucrative and higher paying civilian job before I make any more consumer product purchases.

im looking for a compact camera which has more advanced features compared to most 4-5 megapixel cameras.
i went to to circuit city to check out olympus c4000 and powershot g3 but i was disappointed because they were bulky.
when it comes to canon s45,s50 and nikon 4300, which do you think is better with regards to best value money can buy without sacrificing size and picture quality? is there another camera you might suggest?
i deeply appreciate all your comments and suggestions...

Hi lovemytwins,
Between the Nikon Coolpix 4300 and the Olympus C4000---I would have to go with the C4000---it is probably the best (price/features/performance) overall digital camera choice available currently.

Howard - thank you for your very informative review. If you were to choose between the Nikon Coolpix 4300 and the Olympus Camedia c4000 which would you choose? Or, is there a different digital camera that you would recommend over these?

that red saturation on my 885...drove me crazy lately taking pictures of the baby...evey litle splotch shows up dark and red..Wish I could trade my camera in for this one...:)
anyway, thanks once again for another great review..and if you make that Kugel, let me know...LOL
