| verywellthen's Full Review: Nokia 252 Cell Phone |
I bought a Nokia 252 Cell phone at Staples and the offer at the time was a Nokia 252 Cell Phone that came with a charger.
The phone itself was for sale for 49.99 and with a 30.00 dollar rebate by mail, it was only 19.99, pretty good so far well I have a cell phone of my own and this one was for my daughter, who is 14 and during school kids are not always able to go to the office and call their parents if needed, do to whatever rules schools may have so, I thought that it would be so helpful for her and me for her to be able to call me when she needed to!
The phone service that they were selling at Staples was through Tracfone a Nationwide prepaid cellular service, you purchase the card for however many minutes you wish and program in a series of numbers and wait 48 to 72 hours and then call your phone and let it ring once but, do not answer it and then you have your service!
The Nokia cell phone is great its small it has many features such as; a Emergency 9 so that all you have to do is dial 9 and it will call 911. you can store names you can activate or not the key sounds, you can change the phones ring you can also program the 1 touch dialing feature! There are so many, It also has security settings missed call alerts you can change the language you can even change your phone number, you can check the sum of your account and you can just turn the phone on and right away it tells you on the screen how many units you have left.
The phone came with a one year limited warranty, safety information for concerned users about cancer.
This phone also has a battery low indicator, a wake up message service, text messaging service, speed dialing a key guard and so much more but, the thing that I like the best is that there are No Bills! You just purchase another card before yours expires and you stay in business!
It also has voice mail , flash function, call waiting a number of features, there are to many to list.
Also with the phone I bought a coverage plan for 4.95 that covers repairs and such. And if my daughter happens to loose the phone then for that price it was a very inexpensive loss!
Just the safety involved of knowing that she can get a hold of us or 911 at all times is worth well, it is priceless!
And with the prepaid cards there is no bill and what could be better than that?
