I am a new cellular customer. I've only had my phone for a couple months now, but I absolutely love it! For the money I couldn't have gotton a better phone. I think the sound quality is great. It doesn't sound like you're calling from the bottom of a well like so many other phones I've used. The features on it are great. Different ringers, volume levels, call timers, caller ID, phone book, long battery life, and the list goes on. The phone is super easy to use. I can easily use it with one hand, and the display is plenty big and is backlit so I can use it in any light. This is just a great all around phone. At it's one that will last you for quite awhile. I recently went on vacation, and I'm still not quite sure what happened to my phone. I had it on the dash of my friend's truck and when we went to leave it was nowhere to be seen. At first I was mad thinking someone had stolen it because the windows were down, but then I remembered that we had moved the truck forward about an hour earlier. It was dark but I went back to the spot in the parking lot where we had been and sure enough, there was my phone! I had purchased a leather case for it when I bought the phone, so there was no outside damage, but the LCD was completly smashed out of it. I'm still not sure if it fell out an open window or if I had it in my lap and it fell out when I got out of the truck. I took it back to my cellular provider and they fixed it in less than 15 min. free of charge. Aside from that little mishap, which was totally my fault, I've had no problems whatsoever with it. The only complaint I have is with the extendable antenna, which I worry about breaking. But, I would still recommend this product to anyone.
