This cell phone is a big step up from earlier technology.I had an old cell phone that was awful(Nokia 250), and this one is so much better. It is small, yet sturdy. I have droped it numerous times on concrete, and it keeps on working. It's awesome! It is clear most of the time. Usually it's perfectly clear, or nothing at all, which is cool. It is also pretty small. I can't always fit it in my pocket, but it's not a pain to carry in my hand. A lot of times I forget that it is there. The menu is really long. Sometimes all the choices can get confusing. The only real problem is the battery. Sometimes it is great, but sometimes it is not. Most of the time it keeps full power, and then before i know it, goes down to barely any. But i have to say, it does last a long time on low. I can definately get some calls out before it is dead. Overall, this is a good phone. I would recommend it to anyone. It serves my needs almost perfectly.
