| marytaylor's Full Review: Nokia 5120 Cell Phone |
I bought my Nokia phone as part of a plan through Southwestern Bell Wireless. I bought it because the dealer sold me on all the great things digital would let me do. After I got home and started using it, I found out digital service wasn't even available in my area. What a rip-off. My customer service rep also filled out and sent in the "rebate" I was to get from Nokia. That was in June, and I haven't received any check yet. Nokia partners up with wireless service that their phones are unable to use. I think that's pretty unfair. Lucky for me I can use it on the analog service that is in my area, but none of the features such as caller ID, message alert, etc. works until I drive 75 miles up the highway. The phones reception is not very good and signal strength changes with the wind. I would not recomend this phone to anyone else.
