Pros: What pros? Ok, it was cheap.
Cons: Where do I start? Just an all around piece of crap.
The Bottom Line: The phone lasted almost exactly the duration of my service agreement. When I buy something, I want it to last. There are many phones out there. buy one of them.

| Orange27874's Full Review: Nokia 5160 Cell Phone |
When I bought my cell phone, I was full of excitement. I had wanted one for quite some time, and thought that after that day life would be easier. I was wrong. It has never been needed for emergency purposes...and thank God for that. The phone often cuts out on me mid-conversation, and is not reliable at all. I have never dropped, or mistreated it in any way. And yet the darn phone has never worked perfectly. This phone is available at a low price for a reason-It probably cost nothing to make. Shortly after my one year agreement the phone was almost no good. If you hit a key wrong, it could turn off. The battery starts to slip around after a few months. If you ever plan on using it with a laptop to get on the Internet, you can forget about it. I've been to every Nokia store around, and they either have no idea whether it's possible or not, or the part needed to do so is extremely expensive. My advice: Spend a little extra, and get something a little more reliable.
