Overall, I really like this phone, though I have one major complaint. First, the positives: The phone has great features for such a cheap phone. It is small, lightweight, and offers just about anything you could want from a basic digital phone- a variety of ring choices, adequate phone number storage, several games (great for long train commutes). The phone's menu system can be a bit confusing to navigate around at first compared with other phones I've used, but once you get used to it, it's fine. Also has good battery life- when i don't actually use it much, I only need to charge it once a week or so.
Now my major complaint: the volume. I keep my phone on the highest volume, and unless you are in a quiet room, it is impossible to hear the person on the other end of the line. Forget about using it outdoors if you're in a crowded, downtown area with lots of horns, sirens, elevated trains, etc.
But overall I would still recommend it as an inexpensive, high-featured phone.
