| dtownlaxguy41's Full Review: Nokia 5185i Cell Phone |
This phone has been through just about everything so far including water, falling out of my car (multiple times), and a few other things that probably were not real good for it but no matter what it works. Yet the phone is still just the right size and has all the features some of newer more expensive phones have and I have had mine for a year and didn't pay a whole lot for it. The interface is quite nice and is very easy to use and it even has games. However it does not have a portable wireless browser. The clarity and reception I get on it almost anywhere is outstanding.
One thing I particularly like is how long the battery lasts however it takes awhile to charge. I have a rapid charger for my car and in my house but it still seems to take forever.
The Faceplate is also detachable and I have an American Flag Face Plate and of course a silver gel key pad and it even looks nice. I think the first day I had it the first thing I did was replace the faceplate. It came with an ugly Verizon one. But its still the plain, simple, easy to use cell phone. I like this phone and would recommend it to anyone who is busy and needs good communication but a sturdy well built phone.
