| valdameers's Full Review: Nokia 6161 Cell Phone |
I bought this phone three months ago and have had no problems with it thus far. It works great pretty much wherever you are, and hardly crashes at all. The Nokia 6161 has a slick flip-up design which is a little different than most of their models. The phone weighs under 7 ounces and is not to big to be a discomfort, and not to small where you will be constantly trying to find it.
The phone comes with some great features. It has a built in phonebook that can house up to 199 names and numbers. It also has a built in pager, voicemail, text messaging, calander for special dates, and many other features than the 5000 series.
I use to have a Nokia phone in the 5000 series but this phone is a lot nicer and a great buy as well. I bought it for about $100 at CellularOne and bought a plan of 450 nation minutes for $69.99 a month. It's a great phone for personal use and I've had no problems thus far with the phone.
The Nokia 6161 is the phone for you if you plan on using it for either personal or business use, like I said the phone is pretty cheap compared with the new 8100 which are very expensive and very small. But the phone is clear, cheap, and dependable and a great buy for a person who is looking to jump into the mobile phone age.
