Bought this phone through Circuit City on a Sprint plan and it dropped more calls that Moe Williams drops footballs. The phone feels solid and looks decent in it's metallic green paint job, but it's sound quality and call performance was lacking. This is very strange considering that the phone is a tri-mode phone that works in all CDMA frequency spectrums. Also, the buttons have this cheap plastic texture and feel flimsy.
The features of this phone are great, exactly what a person who buys a phone for it's intended purposes needs. I could have used more memory for the phone book, instead of those rinky-dink (and boring) games. Trust me folks, if you want to play games, buy a GAME BOY. Phones are meant for calls and data storage.
The quality of my phone stunk and it finally broke after 7 months of use. I took it to Circuit City for warranty repairs and found out that Sprint refused to list Nokia as a supplier due to quality/software problems. So Circuit City could not repair this phone, and I had to send it to Nokia myself (which took 5 weeks to fix).
I do not recommend this phone to anyone. Nokia phones are all pretty much
dinosaurs, technology and features wise, their only saving grace being all those cool accessories available on the 5100 series phones. If you want cool features and superior performance, I would say try either Audiovox, LG or Samsung instead for CDMA phones.
