My summer job had me working for a wireless firm in NJ. I was FORCED to use this phone, and I mean FORCED. Maybe it was just b/c it wasn't the final version of the software, but mine was TERRIBLE. My phone actually froze like a computer does over 50 times. Sometimes in the middle of phone calls, other times while playing games.
As for quality, I am much happier with the phone that I CHOOSE to use, my Nokia 5180. The menu system is much the same, however, the quality on the CHEAPER 5180 from what I have seen, is far superior.
As for anything else, this phone is your typical NOKIA product. The phone book isn't much more special than any other phone they have, and the flip is just as annoying if not more annoying than the 6161/6162.
The battery is much better than the 5180, and the fact that you can browse the web FOR FREE is sweet. However, unless you have no access to a computer or anything else that connects to the web these days, you will NOT be impressed, at least I haven't been thus far.
