I've been using this phone for about a year and absolutely love it. The size and features (and more importantly the ease of use of the features) of this phone are great. You can access all the main features in just seconds and the phone is very easy to use. It is extremely easy to access your phone book, last #'s dialed, and to change your ring profile.
Also, the battery life on this phone is amazing. I could easily go a week without charging it and that's with moderate use. W/o any use it lasted forever. When I got a new phone (b/c I had to get away from AT&T) it took 10 days for the battery to finally die.
Unfortunately it's only available on AT&T which is the worst, particularly in New York, NY. It was the hardest thing giving up my favorite phone but I decided I had to give Verizon wireless a try. The TM-510 is a great phone but still doesn't compare to the 8260.
