Cons: Small & convertible so it can get lost very easily.
The Bottom Line: For a stylish cell phone with many features, this is definitely worth getting.

We just purchased our Nokia 8290 and am very happy we did. It is very small and fits just about anywhere. The down side to that is it would get lost easily. It comes with a blue face plate and that is a nice change from the boring black that comes with the rest of the phones. Changing the face plate is very easy and they offer a large variety of colors to choose from.
The clarity of the phone is also quite impressive. At first I was afraid that the person on the other end of the line wouldn't be able to hear me since the phone can't be placed near my mouth when talking. Everyone tells me how well they can hear me and with hardly any back ground noise.
It is amazing how they can put so many neat features into the small compact phone. I really like the voice recognition feature.
