The phone is very easy to use. I like the keyguard, because its easy to turn on & off and protects accidental calls. The keypad is kind of hard to read. The buttons are too close together, so its hard to push just one button at a time. It does not come with a headset connector. I like the features of the phone; it has games, a built in calender, voice activated dialing, a calculator, you can send pictures, graphic and ring tone compatible. You can also change out the face plates.
Overall, I'd recommend the phone to people.
