Cons: very expensive, web feature is so slow as to be almost useless

What a disappointment this was for me. I had my name on the list for these and bought one of the first available in the US. The first thing was that all the so-called free stuff was charged two and three times to my credit card and it took months to straighten it out. The cell phone was actually worse than my old one, getting a clear signal about one time in four. The so-called wireless web is a joke -- the operating system reminded me of the old apple2+. It was bog-slow and took a gazillion key strokes for the simplest task. This machine has all the worst features of a cell phone -- it does absolutely nothing well, and most things poorly. Mine can go back to Helsinki. Save your money! Oh, by the way -- the battery life is a joke as well. Be ready to charge it every other day -- what a pain!
