Pros: Smooth Operation, Multiple exercise programs, many options to vary workout routine with iFit.
Cons: Terrible customer service, quality rather suspect
Having owned one of their older models (from 2000) which had no problems I decided to upgrade. BIG Mistake!
Don't get me wrong this is a great machine...when it works. They dropped it off on A Thursday...and within 1 hour it quit working. So I called Nordic Track only to find out that they close at 5pm (but hey I'm sure that there are a lot of people out there who use their exercise machines during the work day!). So I contact local store and after a conversation with a salesman who can't even find the product on the floor (mind you there are only 3 models at this place) we arrange to get another console sent out from the local warehouse.
Next day (Friday) the console arrives and same problem...At this point I've grown smarter and left work early so as to actually be able to talk with Nordic Track. I call customer service and get the typical customer service in America lately...None! They inform me that they have 3-5 business days to return my phone call, not fix the problem just return the phone call.
Fast forward to the next week. Still no return phone call from Nordic Track and a dead machine. SO I begin to work this through the local store for a replacement. I am informed that it will be 3 weeks before they can get another machine...So that means for over $900 I 've got a great clothes hanger!! Needless to say, the machine has now been returned to store and I'm hoping that they actually process the credit card refund...
