Neutrogena Hand Cream is the best solution for dry, rough hands, feet, elbows, knees, even lips! The directions are simply to rub on your hands (or any dry skin). I usually put it on every night before bed. I found this to be the best time because this stuff is a little sticky, so it's not best to use if you really need your hands. I also put it on my feet, which makes them a lot softer. Whenever I forget to use this cream, my skin gets dry again, therefore you probably need to use it everyday.


Another great thing about this product: a little bit goes a long way! The box says that one 2 oz. tube contains over 200 uses. You definitely get your moneys worth!
