FLATTENED MEMORY FOAM (Reply to this comment)
by bryenmac
We purchased a Costco Novaform memory foam bed topper. We carefully pulled it apart and laid it out. It never fully expanded, I exchanged it for another hoping a different one would fully expand. After opening it, it still did not expand. I was determined to correct this and I did. With a hair dryer. By heating up the crushed areas and kneading it the pad grew to its correct size. I held the dryer about 3" away and altered between rotating and cooking areas, you can actually see the foam expand. I did not damage the pad and it took a while to do. It helped to reach behind and stretch the area I heated.

Re: Why not return it? (Reply to this comment)

I couldn't find the receipt in time so I couldn't return it. Plus I was, in fact, using it for a few months, the right side of it that is...
I've recently taken it off of my bed completely and thrown it out. It eventually it did more harm to my sleep/comfort than it did to help.
I would have loved to return it if I was able to find the receipt. If I would have returned it, I would have tried to buy 2 more and do my plan of finding at least one quality product out of the three total I experienced.
Oh well. I may try again in the future.

Why not return it? (Reply to this comment)

You product is obviously defective... Why not return it to Costco, they'll take anything back, especially if it's defective.

Each Review Should stand Alone (Reply to this comment)

I'm not really sure what you are reviewing just by reading the body of the review. What is it? What is it supposed to do? How does it work.
UPDATE is available to make changes to your review.
Good luck & good writing.
