| baddditude's Full Review: Noxzema Astringent |
What is the active ingredient in Noxzema's astringent . . . kerosene? Youch!!!!! If the old saying is true, "If it hurts, it works" then this must work. But who wants to suffer to find out?
I'll stick with Sea Breeze. It has always worked well, and I don't even have to visit the burn unit afterward (okay -- that exaggeration was uncalled for).
Noxzema -- your cleanser is good. I occasionally still use it. But this particular product needs to go back to the drawing board. There are too many competing brands that are better.
On the plus side, it has a pleasant enough scent, inasmuch as you can say that about astringents.
Use with caution.
