Pros: Standard ingredients may give some people more energy and/or boost the metabolism.
Cons: Expensive in price; did not suppress the appetite in my experience.
The Bottom Line: Save your money and leave this Nutramerica TrimSpa Ephedra Free dietary supplement on the shelf. It's a high priced rip-off that just doesn't work!

Surely by now everyone has seen the commercials for this Nutramerica Trimspa: glamorous Anna Nicole Smith is exiting her limo with photographers and fans "ooohing" and "aaahing" over her new, slimmer figure. And just who/what does she credit for her weight loss? It's the dietary supplement TrimSpa, of course! Advertised to be completely ephedra free and patented for a reason, this sports nutrition product seems to be flying off the shelf these days. So since I've always been a sucker for new weight-loss aids, picking up a bottle of this eventually in a weak moment was just inevitable for me. For even though I have the exercise part of staying fit at a healthy weight down pat, I'm not always good at keeping what goes into my mouth under control. So sometimes I just feel that if I can find a way to boost my metabolism and decrease my appetite at the same time, all my physical activity would finally pay off. Read on to find out more about yet another disappointing dietary supplement that not only was a waste of money, but did little to help me out with my weight loss efforts.
~~~The Dietary Supplement~~~
Now that ephedra containing products are not longer readily available over the counter, new ones are being created all the time to keep weight loss companies competitive. So even though this TrimSpa Formula X32 is completely ephedra free, it is still marketed as an appetite suppressant for people who shouldn't use ephedra. And according to product advertising: The research team here has spent months developing an all-new advanced DREAM BODY formula that’s specifically tailored to your highly sensitive needs. This formula was created to help achieve a leaner, sexier you… without the worries! What perked my interest when researching this particular dietary supplement the most was it's claim to be an appetite suppressant as that's where I have alot of trouble as I seem to be hungry all the time. Other products claim to give you energy or to burn fat, but I've tried those too with little success. Containing many of the standard ingredients many other weight-loss medications also have, this TrimSpa Formula X32 has turned out to be nothing special, especially considering the higher price.
~~~Packaging, Price, & Availability~~~
Pick up a 60 count bottle of these Ephedra Free Nutramerica TrimSpa Formula X32 dietary supplements at your favorite health, drug, or discount store or online at places like drugstore.com for around $27.96. That's definitely alot of money to waste on a weight loss product that does little to control the appetite in my experience. The plastic bottle itself is a deep blue in color and contains all the standard information and ingredients listing along with the expiration date. Of course the lid is sealed for your protection, and each oblong capsule is brown speckled in color and is fairly easy to swallow as they are roughly the same size as a standard multi-vitamin pill. At 2 tablets per serving, there are just 30 servings total in each bottle of this TrimSpa Formula X32, which equals out to be only a 10 day supply when taking the maximum recommended dose of 2 tablets 3 times a day.

~~~My Experience~~~
After having some success in the past with ephedra containing products despite the potential side effects ("the jitters" and a rapid heart beat, just to name two), I truly did not have great expectations when first trying this TrimSpa Formula X32 as most other ephedra free products have provided limited results. Start out just taking 1 tablet once or twice daily to assess your tolerance and then gradually build up to the 2 tabs 3 times a day as directed. I must confess that I started out with the maximum dose and noticed little difference in my appetite or the amount of food that I ate when taking this dietary supplement. And at the end of 10 days, my weight was virtually the same even though I exercise almost every day. Yeah, the capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave a nasty after taste in your mouth, but for the price, I should have received much more. So never again will I waste my money on this TrimSpa Formula X32 as my body just wasn't fooled with all the fancy ingredients.
~~~Overall Recommendation~~~
If only good old fashioned will power could be bottled and sold! But until then, I'd definitely recommend saving your money and leaving this TrimSpa Formula X32 and the hype that comes along with it on the shelf as it truly did not make a difference in how much food I ate while taking it as directed. Perhaps my individual effort or other factors played a role in my lack of success, but this completely ephedra free weight loss product doesn't even compare to just how effective older ephedra containing products used to be in the past. Companies are definitely trying to keep up by creating effective alternatives, but this product failed miserably in my book. If you must purchase a weight loss aid to help control your diet, I'd easily recommend some type of carb blocker instead. For as an appetite suppressant, this TrimSpa Formula X32 just doesn't live up to its claims. Skip this one altogether and save your money for a good pair of running shoes instead.
