Pros: Weight loss
No side effects

I am a 41 year old woman, mother and step-mom of 4, full-time business owner. Over the last 4 years, I put on 25 pounds. I've tried exercising... it's great when I have time to do it, which isn't often enough. Diets bore me, plus it's hard to cook "diet" meals when you have 5 other people to feed. I bought TrimSpa after seeing the Anna Nicole commercials and hearing about it on Howard Stern.
I started taking TrimSpa on Monday, when the scale was tipping precariously close to 150 lbs. I bought it at Costco - for some reason, I think anything I buy at Costco is the best available. I also bought a new, digital scale.
On Tuesday, I had lost 2 pounds. Officially, according to my new scale. I couldn't believe it. No side effects, just a decreased appetite. I had to remind myself to eat.
On Wednesday morning, I was down almost 2 more pounds to 145. I'm loving this stuff!
Today, Thursday, after a banquet at the high school, I'm down another 2 pounds. I'm officially 143, well on my goal to 130 by the end of July (a family cruise). I've been thirsty, but I drink a lot of water usually anyway. Dessert has no appeal - I feel too full anyway.
I realize it's only a few days, but 6 pounds is a super start. Needless to say, my clothes are fitting better, I feel lighter and more energetic. I'm crossing my fingers, hoping that this continues to work.
