Pros: Great appetite suppressant, amazing energy booster, & inexpensive in the long run.
Cons: Obnoxious side-effects with improper dosage, must exercise for efficient weight-loss, very dehydrating (drink water!)
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this product to any healthy person looking for a weight-loss supplement, something to boost their energy, or simply to suppress their appetite.

| wutitis's Full Review: Nutramerica Trimspa |
Taking TrimSpa in the proper dosage for your body type *WILL* decrease your appetite significantly. I'd recommend taking one pill, three times a day at first, and upping the dosage from there until you are satisfied with your results. If you have always had a sluggish metabolism and you are 100 lbs overweight, six pills a day is NOT going to be enough for your body. However, if you weigh 125 lbs and are trying to lose another 10, six pills a day will probably be too many. The bottle isn't going to tell you to create your own dosage based on how "fat" you are, but that's basically what you're going to have to do.
I am 22, 5'7 and 140 lbs and I take 2 pills in the morning and afternoon, and then one in the early evening. I used to take 2 in the evening, but it turned me into an insomniac. I'm also thinking about taking just one in the morning so that I'm able to eat more at breakfast. It is definitely possible to suppress your appetite *too* much with this pill. You don't want to starve yourself while taking this pill or your stomach will be hungry, but you will not have the physical desire to actually feed yourself--Strange feeling and not healthy!
Also, as for cost, the amount of food that you are *not* eating as a result of taking this supplement will most likely exceed the cost of product itself. And in the long run, if you are actually able to lose weight with this, who really cares if it cost a few hundred bucks?
I would recommend this product for weight loss if used in conjunction with exercising (nothing major, necessarily... just a walk/jog or two per day...). Otherwise, this is a good supplement for someone who has low energy levels or who would like to stop snacking as much. By controlling your dosage levels, you can manipulate this product to work for you in different ways.
