| promoboy2002's Full Review: Nutramerica Trimspa |
Over the last 10 years I found myself continually putting on weight. Of course I tried doing something about it without any luck. I found the older I got, the harder it was to lose even a small amount of weight.
Now I am married with 2 kids and find that my free time is almost non-existent. My daily routine involves waking up, going to work, coming home and eating dinner followed by a few hours of sitting on the couch watching TV, all the while taking care of 2 kids. This all leaves very little time for anything let alone exercise.
3 1/2 months ago I found myself at my heaviest, 240 pounds. I was miserable. I hated the way I looked and hated getting dressed in the morning. I had started hearing commercials for TrimSpa on the radio but didn't believe the hype. Why would this product be any different from the thousands before it?
While listening to the Howard Stern Show, I heard Crazy Cabbie talk about how much weight he lost and began to think that maybe this product was different. I decided to check out the website. What could that hurt right? I looked at the before and after pictures of the models and was impressed, but then every company promotes the one or two people who really benefited from the product. This is usually followed by the disclaimer, Results Not Typical. I decided to give it a try, after all $29.99 wasn't going to break the bank.
I started taking the product as directed and immediately started noticing a difference (within days). I must admit I did get the jitters for the first week and my head felt a little funny, but that soon disappeared. Within the first month I had lost something like 15 pounds, without even trying. I wasn't starving myself but I found that I was eating less, not because I was trying to, but because I began to felt satisfied with much smaller portions. After seeing some weight come off I became a man on a mission. I started caring more about the foods I ate, started taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and even started doing sit-ups!
It's now been 3 1/2 months and I'm down to 208. I've even started exercising. I plan to hit my goal of 180 by my 33rd birthday in June. The results were so dramatic that my wife is on it now too.
As far as the product itself, it's a fair sized pill with absolutely no taste. One of my weight loss adventures involved a product called WeightLoss Forever. Besides being very expensive ($100 for a months supply), it left a fishy after taste. You're to take one pill when you wake up each morning, one mid-morning and one mid-afternoon. Each time with a 8-oz glass of water.
I will admit that I am worried about taking ephedrine and understand the risks, but I must also consider the risks of being obese. You have to ask yourself which is the lesser evil.
If I sound like a pitch man for the product, that's because my life has changed because of TrimSpa. I can't begin to tell you the effect it's had on me and my self esteem. I feel like a whole new person.
As others have said, this is no magic pill. You will need to change your life style and make a conscious effort to succeed. TrimSpa just makes it all that much easier.
