For years I insisted that the Swiss Peeler was the best. So I gave my wife a bit of a hard time when she bought this. Two years later I confess. This one is better.

I was bet that I couldn't write 50 this month. I lost, I only wrote 40. But the extra $$ will be nice.
We belong to an organic produce co-op so I get fresh fruits and vegs all the time here and in large quantities so I use this peeler at least once a week. Used it today with Eggplant.

I think I've only used ours a handful of times since I've had it (probably 7 years) but it definitely is top notch against others.
Looks like you've gotten the writing bug MT... Hopefully it helps pay-off Christmas a little :)
