| seattleknits's Full Review: Hewlett Packard OfficeJet G95 InkJet Printer |
I bough this printer as I needed an all-in-one printer with scan and fax functionality. Initially, that is while we were using it to print and scan all was fine. However, as soon as we started using the fax function the printer started jamming and the whole thing would freeze. We could not print or do anything else and would have to shut it down and restart it several times to get it to work again. In addition, the printer cartridges are difficult to get in and the locks that hold the cartridges cracked within the first month.
Now we have a printer that prints only in black (that is when it prints - it stopped printing all together a week ago), does not scan (why we have no idea), and does not send faxes.
Even better, when we called HP customer support we were told "buy a new one!"
