Pros: Completes four functions from one machine.
Cons: HP OfficeJet T45 does take a considerable amount of space.
The Bottom Line: For personal or business use. The T45 is the only way to go.

The T45 OfficeJet is a front panel multi-operated piece of office equipment.
The OfficeJet can be operated from your PC or the front panel. All operating procedures are listed by function keys on the front panel of the OfficeJet. If using your computer the office manager will appear on your computer screen. This menu will list the functions, you select one and hit enter. The office manager also has a help, setting, my images, fax, copy, scan, and email icon.
All procedures will use the front end loader and the end result will return out the bottom of the front tray.
FAX
Send and receive a black and white or color fax manually or use the speed dial with a push of a button. You can program your most commonly used numbers and your ready to go. You can have the fax sent straight to your PC, which is called a PC fax.
COPY
Black and white or color, just push a button for color and push enter.
SCAN
Scan a picture, scan it to email, fax or copy it.
EMAIL
You can scan directly into email.
MY IMAGES
This will open your folder of saved scanned files.
SETTINGS
This allows you to change the settings of the Officejet T45.
For example if you want your faxes to be received by your PC instead of the T45 you will need to change the setting to PC ready.
HELP
Online help or information about your OfficeJet printer.
The paper for the T45 is inserted in the bottom tray and if you want to address an envelope it will go in the bottom tray. The T45 has visuals on the paper tray so you know how to put the envelope in.
PRINTER
Printing documents from your computer has never been so easy. I love the quality print and color I get from the T45.
You will use print cartridges, color HPC1823T and HP51645A black and white. Directions on how to install the ink cartridges are on the package. How often you will change them will depend upon how often you use your printer.
There is a glass panel on the front that will always keep you updated as to what function is being processed or if your printer needs cleaned or cartridges need changed.
The T45 is easy to assemble you will put your tray on and complete an alignment.
There is also a manual to assist with every step that you will complete to get the T45 up and running.
It is the greatest thing since the hot tub.
