Pros:crunchy, multiple flavors offer taste variety, large size bag
Cons:the liver should be excluded
The Bottom Line: Ol' Roy Dog Treats Multi Flavored Biscuits help to keep dog's teeth cleaner, whiter and tarter-free. Four great flavors in each bag: Meat, Cheese, Milk and Liver.
While out doing the weekly shopping a few weeks ago I picked up a large bag of doggie biscuits for my young adult dog, Clyde. He is still in that stage where he needs to chew, chew and chew! I had purchased other brands of dog biscuits and treats for him in the past which he seemingly enjoyed, but had no particular favorite brand. I am very happy to tell you that Clyde really loves Ol' Roy Dog Treats Multi Flavored Biscuits.

What's in The bag
This five pound bag of medium sized bone shaped biscuits is filled with crunchy baked treats that apparently taste quite good. I am pleased that the resealable thick plastic package has several flavors, which offer Clyde a variety of tastes. There is Meat, Milk, Liver and Cheese flavored biscuits in each bag.
These biscuits are baked to perfection, crunchy, yet not brittle. Clyde is able to enjoy each hearty flavor in each biscuit without leaving a crumbling mess behind. From the very first biscuit to the very last one in his bag, Clyde shows total satisfaction with his little treats.
What Is It Good For
From my experience with puppies and dogs, I know that chewing hard foods, treats and beefy flavored bones help the dog's teeth to stay clean and bright. The action of chewing Ol' Roy Flavored Biscuits helps to remove the tarter that tends to build up on a dog's teeth.
I find that these biscuits are doing a fine job at keeping my dog, Clyde's, teeth whiter and even helps to freshen his breath a bit. Sure, I suppose that I could pay a dollar or two more on more expensive, all natural treats for Clyde, but I am finding that he is getting exactly what he needs from these hard, crunchy, flavorful biscuits. He is getting vitamins and minerals necessary for a healthy treat.
I am quite pleased with the product line of Ol' Roy Dog Foods. There has only been one flavor, so far, that my Clyde has turned his nose up at. That flavor is liver. I have found that in the case with these biscuits, the liver flavor is his least favorite, as well. At least I know that this pooch is consistent! He will ultimately eat the liver flavored treat, but he will dance a hustle around it and toss it about, before he actually crunches it and swallows.

The first time that Clyde caught and brought back a small branch that my husband tossed at him, I ran into the house and brought him a handful of the Ol' Roy Dog Biscuits. This was the test to see if Clyde would love or hate his new treats. I gave him the red biscuit, then the brown, then the yellow and finally the grey.
Clyde stood on his hind legs when I tempted him with each flavored biscuit. He was definitely happy with each flavor, happily crunching each one. The liver flavor was definitely Clyde's least favorite on that day and continues to be to this day.
I gave Clyde ten biscuits as a reward for performing well and obeying my husband's commands. Clyde weighs nearly sixty pounds so we gave him a few additional biscuits than what is advised on the bag. Later that same day, we gave him five more treats in addition to his regular evening meal. If your dog weighs between twenty and thirty-five pounds, the manufacturers of Ol' Roy Multi Flavored Dog Biscuits recommends four biscuits in the morning and three more at night.

I believe that these dog biscuits are giving Clyde lots of vitamins and minerals to help to keep him healthy and strong. His fur has never looked better and his teeth are picture perfect. Ol' Roy Dog Biscuits are definitely a winner with Clyde, passing the taste test many times over. Although he is not aware that tiny food particles are being cleaned from his teeth every time he crunches these treats, I know that I am providing good dental care for my best friend.
Final Thoughts and Recommendations
Ol' Roy Multi Flavored Dog Biscuits are sold exclusively by Wal-Mart. They are inexpensive since the lack of advertising costs is passed onto the consumer. They are a worthwhile addition to my dog's diet helping to keep him happy and healthy.
He seems to love the flavors and is happy when treat time comes. By using these nutritious crunchy biscuits, my husband and I have taught Clyde to sit, lay down, stand on his hind legs, fetch and bring back multiple objects. It seems that our dog will do anything for a handful of Ol' Roy Multi Flavored Dog Biscuits.
The best part of buying these treats is the savings on our grocery bills. We are saving a small fortune just by having switched to the Ol' Roy Dog Food product line. Of course, not only is Clyde getting neat little toys from these savings, my husband gets new fishing items and I get scrapbooking materials.
Clyde and I love Ol' Roy and we know that you will, too.
