I bought this camera in Feb 02, almost three years ago. I have used many kinds of film SLR cameras for extensive travel photography, but now basically just use this camera on the 'auto' setting. I know how to use many of the other features, but just haven't found it necessary.
I have had many of the photos blown up to 8x12 for my office walls and the color and clarity of the photos is superb, even when they were not shot at the highest resolution.
