The Bottom Line: This dessert is a staple in my household.
Caramel Apple Tartlets are what graces my table after dinner almost every night. They retail for $19 but can be found on sale for around $12.99. They are a beautiful dessert that many people will enjoy, espeically in the fall and winter seasons.

Everything from Omaha Steaks comes frozen in cardboard boxes. The 6 caramel apple tartlets are individually wrapped in cello bags. The tart has apples and caramel in the middle. They are 4 ounces in size and look very appetizing and delicious.
Do not thaw the Caramel Apple Tartlets.
If you decide to Bake: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Remove the tartlet from cello bag. Place on foil lined baking sheet allowing space between each piece. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
If you decide to Microwave: Remove the tartlet from cello bag. Place on microwave safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 60-70 seconds.
I use the bake method because I think it gets hotter and crispier then the microwave method. But sometimes I use the microwave method when I am not in the mood to wait for the oven. Either way, they still come out tasting great.

This is not the most heart-healthy/natural food. 350 calories is a lot for one tartlet.
These are absolutely delicious. They are very easy to prepare. I have used both the microwave and baking method, but the baking method lets the tartlet get really hot and crispy where the microwave method is easy for something really quick. They aren’t as hot and crispy as the bake method.
The tartlet is a pasty – it is firm when it comes out of the oven, and goes well with the caramel apples in the middle. The apples are in chunks in the center of the tart, and the caramel is drizzled on top of the tartlet. If you like pasty, caramel, and apples, this is the dessert for you. The caramel is homemade – it tastes like a very rich caramel. The sliced apples taste fresh – like someone just cut them and put them into the tart. The pasty is firm, and delicious. There is a lot of sugar in this pastry, so the tartlet tastes very sweet. It might even be too sweet for some. You can line the plate with cinnamon and more caramel or chocolate, if desired.
A good pairing with the caramel apple tartlets is vanilla ice cream. When it comes out of the oven the tartlet is warm, full of apples and caramel. Pair that with cold ice cream, and you have one great combination.
This is a nice dessert with no work! It is just so simple! Even though they may be a little pricey, every once and again you can buy these for a treat in your mouth.
If you like a sweet pastry tart with sliced apples and caramel, this is a dessert you should try. I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is that the tartlet isn't bigger. 5 stars.
