One Touch Can Opener
At first when I saw the commercials I thought cool, but what's the catch? I needed a new can opener and counter-top space is limited. I liked the idea of not busting my knuckles on the manual type. So I ordered my first One Touch Can Opener through Dr. Leonards as soon as I got it I put in brand new batteries and nothing happened. I called the 1-800 number printed on the product. I did what the operator instructed and still nothing. It was the weekend and after much fiddling for two days my husband got it to work. But it would run so slow even on 10 ½ ounce soup cans it was pathetic. But a month later I was shopping at Linen & Things and I saw another One Touch Opener and I thought well maybe I just bought a bum one lets try one from here. Still the same old problems. Dumbled0re was right on the money about this product. I see that some people have no problems, well may be where their One Touch Can Opener was made where quality of work is high or may be it wasn't made on a Friday, hmm. But in my opinion this is a product that needs something more than new batteries every 5 minutes. Its a good idea, but cheap quality.
