Let me know what you guys think Barbara. It seems many people don't give the product (or similar) enough time to kick in, but I think it is worth a try.

You're welcome. Thanks for reading. You might want to review the contraindications, and/or have your doctor look at the ingredients, and see if he/she is comfortable with them.

I'm going to send this to my sister who decided to go off her hormones..I told her about Black Cohash but she just may go back on the hormones since her night sweats returned..I dont know what to do about me..For the most part I have been on estogen since my hysterectomy 14 years ago but I only take the one hormone not the combination..So far I have no memory loss, at least that I can remember..:)
I did try black Cohash a few years ago but it didn't do much of anything for me but I only stayed off my pills for a few days and maybe didn't give the Black Cohash a chance...
This combo sounds interesting..Thanks,
Barbara

I've been perimenopausal for a few years with night sweats and a couple of other symptoms. Was on estrogen for a couple of years and threw that out last month, although my sis in law has been on them successfully for more than 20 years. My symptoms aren't as bad now, although a few persist.
Appreciate knowing there are alternatives. Hope it doesn't affect hypertension.

You're welcome Carol. I like instant results too, but the directions are specific that it takes time to build up in your system, just like HRT or birth control pills I would guess.
Safety wise, it is worth trying out. I don't have hot flashes (yet?) but hoping these work.
Of course, knowing doctors, next year they may say they exaggerated the negatives of HRT. . .

Very interesting Suz, that is the first time I have ever heard of Black Cohash. Great review as always.

for your review on this product. A friend sent me some by mail last month. I asked my dctor about it and he said they can't hurt.
I guess I don't give things a fair chance as after a week, my sleep disturbances and hot flashes never subsided so I threw the package out.
I guess I'll buy another package and give it a fair chance this time like maybe 2 weeks.
Thanks agin for your very helpful well-written review.
