In the past year I have been getting really bad toothaches. One day while I was at work it got so bad I could barely talk which wasn't good cause I was a cashier and you are expected to talk to the customers. Anyway on my break I found this product and bought it immediately. I bought the liquid version instead of the cream because I thought it would be easier. I put some on my aching tooth and within a matter of minutes the pain had subsided some.
I was able to finish working rather comfortably. A few hours later the pain came back. Just not as bad. The only side effect to this product would have to be your tongue going numb. If you do get it on your tongue than it is going to feel weird for a few minutes. It's harmless though. I have used other similar products and they basically worked the same it just depends on the strength that you get. I like this product enough to buy it again. I would also buy it for any of my friends who needed it.
I would recommend this to people who have had dental work in the past or who have dental work at the present. The only problem is that you do have to keep applying after maybe 2hrs cause it wears away. It is easy to do, all you have to do is get a q-tip or use your finger to dab some of the liquid onto your aching tooth or any other part of your mouth that is hurting.
My husband has a habit of biting the inside of his mouth, so I gave it to him to use and he loved it. He said it worked in minutes but you do have to keep applying it. I think it is a great product that everybody should try at least once if you need it.
