When it comes to any kind of pain, quicker is better. If it's mouth pain, then relief cannot come too quickly.

Luckily there is Orajel. I have used this product a few times and each time I was grateful to have it. What Orajel is is a jelly-like substance that numbs just about everything it comes into contact with in you mouth. It does this almost instantly, effectively killing that pain that's kept you up for the past two nights.

Orajel doesn't cure whatever problem if causing your toothache but it does relieve the pain so you can function until you can see the dentist. There are people that do not like it because it numbs your tongue along with your gum but that's a side effect that I'm willing to take if I can sleep.
