Applying this Origins Urgent Moisture is simple according to their product directions of use: Sweep over face and throat anytime skin thirsts. Great for hands too. It is best for very dry skin. Since it truly is too much for daytime use in my experience, I usually apply this moisturizer at night before bedtime to clean skin once I've removed all my make-up. The product is more of a heavy cream than a lotion so it soaks in quickly once a thin layer is applied to my face. All it takes is a pea-sized amount to adequately cover the driest areas like my chin, cheeks, and forehead. I use a separate eye gel, so I try not to get this facial cream too close to my eyes even though it's unscented and only soothes irritation without causing more. Parched skin is transformed instantly into smooth, silky skin all without leaving behind a greasy residue. It does feel slightly heavy on, though, so this is why I use it overnight only so my skin gets a dose of super hydration while I'm sleeping. For anything to slow down the aging process a bit at this point is worth a shot. And this Origins Urgent Moisture fits the bill rather nicely, especially if you are long past the breakouts stage.
