The Bottom Line: Avoid this place. The food is undercooked and over priced while portions of food are tiny. Not for the hungry person.

I see these outback steakhouse commercials on TV all the time and I told my wife that we should give it a try. BIG MISTAKE.
first of all, I live about three miles from Outback Steakhouse, so I figured, hey, its right down the street and I really did not feel like driving far.Anyways, when we got there, the line of people waiting outside was quite long.I was not happy about this but I figured that the food must be really good to draw such a large crowd. We put our name on the list and grabbed a couple of drinks from the bar. The atmosphere was good and the place was lively.
We finally got seated about an hour after arriving. While we looked at the menus we noticed that the selection was somewhat limited as compared to other good steakhouses. We must have sat at our table for thirty five minutes before ANYONE even looked at us.Then the one guy who did notice us was the guy who only puts a glass of water in front of you. Its now been about an hour when our waitress says "welcome to outback Steakhouse, can I get you an appetizer". I told her No, we have been here an hour and we are ready to order.
We placed our orders and guess what, Yes, another hour or so goes by before our food arrived. At this point, we were just content on finishing our dinner and leaving, but we had yet another problem.I guess in Australia, they think that medium rare means right out of the cow..do not pass the oven..do not collect two hundred dollars..We made a civil complaint to the floor manager and of course he took care of the problem as well as apologized. He then came back to the table and gave us this brown Australian bread that looked like Mr. hanky the Christmas poo while administering another apology.
The servings were very small in size and the food was just down right bad. I was saying to myself that it would have been better to drive a little extra time to go to the Claim Jumper.
Outback Steakhouse will never get my business again.
Once again, if you want a good dining experience with food that is worth the money along with healthy sized portions, drive right passed the outback steakhouse and try the Claim Jumper if you have not already done so.
