The only place that I know I can go to get great food at a great price and have an enjoyable experience is the Outback Steakhouse. This is just a great company all together. Just watching their great commercials makes me want to go there.
I don't really like to pay a lot when I go out for a meal. So when I want steak, Outback makes the best and gives it to you at a fair price. To me, Outback hits everything I want about a restaurant on the head. It is a great, comfortable atmosphere. I love how dark they always keep it. I love the huge, comfy, wooden booths. I usually just want the waiter/waitress to leave me alone at a restaurant, but Outback knows how to hire and train their servers.
I usually go during the week and have no wait, or possibly a few minutes to get a table. I never go on the weekend because I hear it is a long wait to get a table. The wait to get your food is a little longer than your average chain restaurant. But hey, they are making steak, so get an appetizer.
Food: No person who I have ever went with has ever complained about the quality of the food. Enough said there. There specials are always tempting.
Service: Can't complain. They are friendly, but know when to leave you alone. They are usually there to give you a refill before you ask.
Decor: I guess you could call it the 'Outback', but I would just say homey.
Special Notes, Tips or Menu Recommendations: Definitely try:
Bloomin' Onion
Bacon Cheddar Fries
Filet
Apple Springs Chicken
*A great gift idea is a $50 Outback gift certificate. You can give it to anyone.*
