Lifetime Warranty (Reply to this comment)
by lydiagb
Have you ever sent items back to be covered under the Lifetime Warranty? We just did for our salad spinner. They told us just to send in the broken part (the top) and they will send us a repaired or new one. The only problem we have run in to is that they are waiting to get the part in stock. So add on a couple of extra weeks. The only expense on our part was shipping it back which wasn't much.
Anyway, thanks for your review of the corkscrew. We bought one.

*laugh* Yeah, it doese kinda look like that, huh?
In the picture the "wings" are partially up--that's sort of (not quite) the position they'd be in when you're screwing the corkscrew down. So you can easily fold them down, like you'd do when you're pulling the cork free, for storage.

Does this corkscrew fold up or does it come looking like it does in the photo image? I swear, it looks like a helicopter! ;)

I seem to have gone crazy reviewing oxo stuff. No clue why, but there you have it. ;)

on a kick, or what? lol.
Really enjoying these Oxo reviews and love the theme. I don't know any other products that could be useful, though broken.
Nice having you here in H&G.
