The G2 extra fine is the best thing yet for smooth writing in small spaces. It's great and the refill fits in a Waterman rollerball.

Some gel pens do smear and they give the good ones a bad name :] Glad to hear your husband likes these!

will keep these folks in business for a long time. He is almost as much in love with this pen as he is me (sorta.. lol)!
I always end up smearing the ink with a gel pen. Must be a clumsy writer...
