I purchased the Palm Treo 700wx because I wanted to get my emails while away from the office and getting emails and on the net has been fine with the phone. However, that is where the phone stops being useful. Don't get me wrong, I want to like this phone, I keep giving it chances but as a Bluetooth phone it really stinks. Because of the many features of the phone the number pad is small so it is very important to use this as a hands free phone while driving. The problem is that the Bluetooth stops working just about every time I stop and then restart the car. To correct the situation I have to turn off the Bluetooth, press OK, then turn on Bluetooth, then refresh the paired devise. This works only sometimes and doing this with a stylist while driving 70 mph is very dangerous (I don't always remember to do it before taking off, only when I need to make a call). The second major annoying thing is that keeping the automotive charger in the phone is a full time job. The design is terrible!!!! Go over a bump or have the cord at any angle other than straight in will make it fall out. Lastly, I am forced to have call waiting on my phone per Sprint. In the rare case where the Bluetooth is working, if I get a call while on the phone, I can switch back and forth, however, once I hang up with both parties the phone (thru the car stereo) starts ringing uncontrollably. The only method I have discovered to stop this is to do a soft reboot of the phone. I have installed the latest patch and I still have these problems. Overall, I am very disappointed with this phone and do not recommend that you buy it.
